I've got REM on the &%$# radio...good band, very heavily overplayed.
I think it's time for the Tiger Lillies again. Nothing starts off a work day like falsetto shrieks to accordion music. Hoohah!

I've been having ideas again for new pieces now that I got *most* of my artwork back from where they were hanging. It wouldn't hurt me to get some canvas and actually paint some two-dimensional stuff for a change. If it's warm enough I'll have a little field trip to Utrecth after workies to buy arty treats.
*digs out sumi-e' books* Some of that would be fun too, since the snow's holding up.

babble babble, brainless arty babble...everything profound has left my canary-brain in a frenzied rush for freedom...

I think it depends on the REM being played. The local stations play the "Out Of Time / Automatic For The People" songs all the time and might drop in one from "Monster" once in awhile. I'd like to hear some of the stuff from their earlier albums personally...

Our radio stations out here suck, with two honorable exceptions I don't get very well...the only "alternative" station plays one of two cure songs every once in a while--"Fascination Street" and "I will always love you". When Joe Strummers died the only clash they played was Big Audio Dynamite, which was the other singer's band, fer cryin' out loud. and waaaay to much GODDAMN DAVE MATTHEW'S BAND!!!
