Feeling better....yay me!

msfledermausI've still got the remnants of a cough, though. I'll keep drinking juice and having garlic breath just to be sure.

I've got a solid sketch that I'll try to ink a bit tonight, and I bought stuff for knitting little beaded bags...(Bobby Beads is EVIL, I tell ya!! EEE-evil!)
I made curry and went shopping and had sushi and goofed off in the rain (Not too much because of the cold)...the usual weekendy stuff:)
Couldn't get ahold of Mrs Scraggit to see if she got her package...if I see that Head Nurse of hers wearing a blue-green scarf round her neck I'm going to throttle her with it, I'm telling you. there's been *lots* of tornados down her way, and the cabin where they used to live before they moved is smashed really badly. If they were still living there, I really don't know if they would have been alive:(
Happily she's on higher ground now...

Date: 2003-05-12 07:39 pm (UTC)They still own the property, so they're over there sometimes, trying to patch up the windows and whatnot. I keep wondering if the cool tree with the googly eyes my dad put on it's still up. (It looks like a tree with eyes and a mouth, holding a tree branch. Dad hung a fishing line and a wooden fish from the branch because it really was funny:) I hope it survived the storms.)
