Days off.....mmmmmmm, so nice, so nice...
Jun. 26th, 2003 09:43 pmThings I did today--
By Da Maus.
Slept very late because I could and I was very tired from that whole 2 am wading in rainwater episode.
Woke up and made breakfast.
Ate breakfast.
Decided I was still sleepy and had a nap.
Walked downtown and went shopping. Tipped the buskers, especially the gypsy violinist.
Bought clothes at Ze Red Dot Boutique.
Refrained from using the bras in the D section to slingshot tube-socks into the Menswear area. Though I wanted to.
Bought comics at Big Brains. Though they didn't have the cliffhanger copy of Gloomcookie I wanted. Bastards.
Trotted home, humming "There is a light" by Nick Cave and enjoying the cool breeze.
Read comics, did girly things with nails and hair while reading new copy of BUST.
Made plans to go out with a friend, decided against it when it started to rain a bit. Switched to default-Harry-Potter-Movies-and-dinner instead.
And here I am, goofing on the computer while Ben the Neighbor stir-fries something in pure Wesson oil...
So there you are...

You are good. I like you:) Those peoples don't know good stuff when they see it.
*wraps you in soft mohair blanket*
I'm okay, drawing and knitting a fair bit. I left a voice message asking a coworker out to coffee, (brave Maus, me!) and--no answer. nada. Zip. Niechevo. diddly. At least we don't see each other much, so I won't have to slink around at work with a flushed face. *siigh*
At least I tried, I guess. Otherwise I'm pretty good, have an interesting life with good friends...*squeeze*
