...Yesterday I couldn't log in because there was somethng up with LJ's database?
It seems okay now. Of course in a couple of days I should renew my paid account; it's about due.

I'm groggy, and hormonal. I did send off a new card to Llewellyn yesterday--we'll see if they like this one. (I know they're extremely busy over there so it may take a while to hear.) I've got a small handful of ideas for new cards to try over my week off, so that oughtta keep me out of trouble for a little while.

My newest tank top has gotten to the stage where I've started shaping the arms. Hoohah! I still credit Mamichan with most of the credit for lending me some pretty damn spiff knitting books. I've got yarn coming for a scarf and a pillowcase I'm being reimbursed and/or outright paid for. I. Bought. the. Tibetan. Silk. *starts to foam at mouth in yarny avarice*

So there it is....stuff. You know, stuff:)

It's made from recycled threads from sari weaving shops, so it's got a lot of colors in it. I bought it online from a company called patternworks (http://www.patternworks.com), in the bulky section:) It's a-comin' in the maaaaail!

It just looked so pretty, and someone wants me to make them a pillow from it. It's spendy though, so I'll buy some for myself next time I get paid:D
