Hot dogs in my fridge
Soon to be consumed for lunch.
Damn! There's no ketchup!

Hot dogs without Ketchup,
much like fries, are an incomplete
lunchtime snack.

I must sally forth
and remedy emptiness
of ketchup bottle.

While you eat your lunch,
wave out windows at a Maus
on a ketchup run:)

i went to some fancy-schmancy hot dog place on Sunday.
ate a Bison hot dog with harissa ketchup,
chili mayo, stone ground mustard.
and, of course, sauerkraut, which is requisite.

You're good (haiku-wise)!

I'll be in town next week, but I may be too busy to plan anything.

I love "Chicago style hot dogs". I don't know if they're specific to Chicago or not but they're soooo goooood. Mustard, pickle relish, chopped tomatoes, hot peppers, I skip the celery salt. It always seems to have catsup--maybe that's the tomatoes I taste.
