Happily I have the corner store. And after work I should hit the Wedge or Kowalksi's or something. I'm even out of milk. I meant to go shopping last night but work was just this crazy, busy experience and I had no oomph. (shows the "Oomph" meter, which reads "Low")
At least my meeting with my boss and the director of our move to the other building until the expansion's done went okay. Shesh, my boss even made a joke or two...not *good* jokes, mind you, but the man was trying. I had a minion to stuff some things for me, and it's amazing how much you can get done with an extra pair of hands.
(I suppose my cow irker counts...no, wait, no he doesn't...)
I got out a lot of the tension by knitting this horrible wook I want to felt. I'm gonna get it good and wet and then toss it in the dryer on *high* the next time I do laundry and see what happens. Muahhahaha...
And today, TODAY...I should be getting a package from MrsScraggit. It should have been yesterday, but we had a huge art shipment going out which disrupted our other deliveries...it's an occupational hazard at the Minimalist Inferno to have a big honkin' 18-wheeler in the way, loaded with big heavy crates of artwork. *grumble* Get the freakin' Sol Le Witt's out of the goddamn way, I WANT MY CHOCOLATE!!! SHE SAID THERE WAS SOME IN THERE! *shrieks with thwarted ...uh, thwartedness*
