All that industrious moving of boxes turned out to be not as good as I thought it would be...getting rid of clutter and whatnot. I stressed out my right arm pretty bad. It's now up from messed up to fucked up. I'm pretty sure I sprained it. And I have to at least try to work with it this morning; it's too hard to get someone to cover for me this fast.

Shit. I have no idea how I'm gonna get through the day. And in all my digging through boxes, I haven't found my wrist brace:P

For some reason it doesn't hurt to type. Clicking the mouse isn't fun, though. Arrrgh....

owww!!! {{{MsEff}}} I'd give your arm warm rub down if I were there, but it would probably hurt and I'd feel bad and pout. Warmth is better if you have to use it. I've never tried those bengay patches. Prolly wouldn't help...

I tried a hot bath after work, ibuprofin, and NO KNITTING....seemed to help quite a bit. It's still kinda tender, though.
