...I woke up around 1 am last night to a storm that sounded like the sky was falling...all shrieking winds and crashing trees outside. I struggled awake, shut the windows and fell asleep again, muttering about how glad I was that I lived in a brick building. It's still pretty ominous outside...but I really love that kind of weather. I just hope it holds off the big kabooms and whatnot until after lunch, when I don't have to be out in it...

I brought my new-knit jacket to the Inferno today, as promised. (Well, I promised *Monday* I'd bring it, but everyone including me was busy and we were all happy to shove it back to Tuesday.) I also brought my cow irker's daughter's Pink Princess Bag O' Foofyness. (I have to get my camera back from Ben the Neighbor...at least I can make the cow irker bring both the bags for piccies later.) Maaaan, is this bag ever uhhhh.....pink....*rubs eyes*. The horror...I just hope it's foofy enough that the kid in question will relinquish the bag I made her mommy. (It's a good sign when kids grab and hide what you make...there isn't a harsher critic anywhere than a little kid.)

I should go deliver the Pinkness so I can get paid for it...Mmmm, sweet, sweet money!!!

I saw that storm on radar about 11PM. That sumbeetch was impressive. Not very wide, but it stretched from Brainerd to Sioux Falls!

Foofy (fouphie?)(faux fils?)... For some reason I have never really looked at the word "foofy" written down. I'm trying to think of alternate and trendi spellings.

Buffy Struggles kept going out onto the 2nd floor porch and hiding out under the eves, the only dry spot out there. She was scared to be so near water, but she wants to be outdoors SO badly.
