It's raining again...
*listens quietly to the gentle hissing noise*
I have an evenly matched set for mood and weather today. Lately work's been very busy, very frantic and frustrating. It's hard to feel proud of anything I do here at the Inferno....it's too often just a feeling of one less thing off my back, one less thing someone's going to pester me about, one less thing to do or plan or take care of...Maybe I should quit and become a ventriloquist. Yeah. Or a palmist. Too bad I'm kind of a crappy palmist. *takes out pen and plays tic-tac-toe with lines crossing palm* Uhhhh...mysterious things will happen in my love line, and there's x's all down the wisdom bit...and looks like O wins!! You see why I'm still stuck at the Inferno, yes?
Or I could add a Miss Cleo Tarot deck to my card collection and real alllll your fortunes, babies. Instead of just making up stuff like I usually do. Hmmm....
Or even borrow the Orbital Mind-Control-Laser from Cynnerth and Low Delta for a while and zap all my bosses into giving me a big freakin' raise. Hey, I can't keep it on the David Hasselhoff setting forever, you know? Though I suspect them both of doing nefarious things with that laser while I'm not lookin'. I've got terrible, terrible songs stuck in my head, goddammit. Please please, you guys, please take it off of "Favorite Hits of the Early 80's" before I start to bang my head on the desk, okay? Pleeeeeeease???
I get to go home now...I do the GIR but--smackin' dance in glee. Yeehaw!
