msfledermaus...it's Friday, and so far I'm still greedily enjoying my time off:) I have no idea if the courthouse is going to actually summon me or not. It feels very strange to have an entire week of downtime thanks to Hennepin county. (This is not a complaint, you understand. wheeee!)
And tonight I'm having dinner with some friends. I'm trying to think of something nice and dessert-y I can bring. Maybe.......cheesecake?
The snow's been drifting outside my window. It's really lovely. I've just finished Mike Nelson's book, "Death Rat". If you are a Minnesotan, you MUST buy this book. If you are not a Minnesotan, this will tell you all you need to know about us:) Now not only am I scarred for life, but now I know how to make a proper "Yank Me, Crank Me"...*shudder* The horror...the horror...
