...It's the middle of the week already. Coooooool...

I finally had my reaction from Mr Sta-Puft about me leaving yesterday...he went the hurt-animal-route.
Which is an amazing bit of cheek since he was threatening me back in January if I didn't go find something else. It makes me wonder if he actually did forget that whole month-long episode or if the denial is just that thick. (Keep in mind I'm not analyzing this particularly hard...because I'm getting my little piddies outta there:)
Anyway, Mamichan came up with a really good place to try having a knitting night--the Loring Grill, right off Loring Park. It's fairly quiet, and Mamichan says they'd be okay about people drinking coffee and knitting and perhaps not ordering much...So we're thinking about turning up tomorrow after work, maybe 5:30-ish to whenever we get tired or done. If you'd like to show up and knit/crochet/cross-stitch/gossip/drink too much coffee, etcetra, please join us. I'd like it to be a weekly thing, though I'm still trying to pick a good day for it...

Meanwhile I'll just content myself with the new Vogue Knitting I just got yesterday....*drool drool drool...*

What a jerk Mr. Stay-Puft is! Threaten, browbeat when he can. Try to make you feel guilty when he can't. I'm so glad you're able to leave.

Looks like his other employee is trying to get out, too--she had a good interview with the U of M the other day. I've got my fingers good and crossed for her...maybe when all the hr people run away the head people will figure out that something is actually wrong with the man....

in fact, now that I think about it, a lot of people are leaving all of a sudden...the stress at the Inferno has just been so heavy, and people are starting to crack from the strain.
