I felt a drop or two on the way in to the Inferno. It's just dark and looming and gorgeous. I don't even care that I have to go get the mail in the rain. I. Just. Want. It.

It wasn't really heavy, but it helped. The worst storms went by on either side of us.

I did end up driving around in the monsoon...I didn't even mind it so much; it was so nice to see the rain.

I hope you didn't have the heavy winds like we did. I think this is the same storm system that wolloped Vegas.

We got some strong winds here, but we always do with weather like this. No heavy damage I know of, though...

The winds were so strong they caused a huge sandstorm and flattened some trees. It was really very impressive.
