Kinda dark out, huh? I guess that means I should have some extra tea with breakfast.
*checks water and rummages for raspberry tea*
If you're going to work on a rainy Tuesday, it's always wise to be well fortified with much, much caffeine...for me it's going to be kind of a longish week, too, since my new job has some biggish events and I'll be working either very late or really really early,mostly. Even so, it's still leaps and bounds better than my old job at the Inferno. I keep getting old flashes of just how unhappy I was there, and then I look around at my new circumstances and just smile, smile, smile...

I've been buying stuff lately too...books, a couple of dvd's, bath goop. Celebratory stuff, or just the occasional little funky brain-treats. I watched a whole hell of a lot of Invader Zim before bed last night, since both the dvd's came in the mail yesterday. Go, GIR, go!!!

Me too...it's really starting to sink in just how dysfunctional that place was...wowww, was that a bad experience. I feel so much better.

It has to be one of the best feelings in the world to like where you work -- sorry the inferno experience ended-up lasting as long as it did...post-tramatic inferno syndrome...yikes!

I'm sure it'll take a while to get out of my system...it's like breaking up with someone, only it has a bigger chunk of your self esteem and financial security...huh, maybe that's not necessarily true for many people, but for me it was.
