Exploding toads? Eeeeew...

...Listening to MPR and reading the papers at workies brings new and interesting facts into your world. I guess in Germany there are masses of exploding toads, because crows or something are grabbing the toads in question, pecking a hole in their back and eating their livers...sometimes the toads survive and explode later on. OOog. I needed that with my coffee first thing at workies today...It's going to be a long day too; I've been warned I may need either lots of caffeine or massive sedation. I'm taking door number 1 today. *slurps more coffee*

I didn't get much chance to post yesterday--I was coming in really early to learn how to turn everything on and such, and then everytime I got near a 'puter someone else was on it:) *Yawns* I'm looking forward to having some time off tomorrow for the May Day parade. I have *lots* of glitter I've been saving for just such an occasion. In just about every color!!! Yeeeheehee!!! *rubs hands with evil glee*
I want parade!! I want parade now!!! I want to see giant puppetty stuff, and I want it now now now!!
Even if it rains (or snows) and it's cold and windy, I want me some parading puppets, goddammit!!!
*jumps up and down like a spazz*


I should go drink more coffee, don't you think? That's what I thought.

It's okay, I got thwarted by the freakin'snow this year, anyway..and the 20 mile per hour winds can't have been good for the puppets. I had a nap instead:)

I love glitter! I've been known to send it in greeting cards to my friends. I love to hear how they get to enjoy the glitter for the rest of their lives, or until they move. Which ever comes first.

Ahhh....NOW I understand. Now all we have to do is to teach the crows how to retrieve even bigger livers. I'd like to nominate a certain "politician" in Washington for a liver donation to the crows. Then I'd like to see a news conference and the *explosion*.
