Rough start...

msfledermaus...I got into work a little late...I'm *never* late. At least people were really kind about it, since I was so obviously embarrased. I'd misread my schedule (which changes often) and since I have a headcold still I'm not the brightest thing on two legs right now...
...And I'm officially no longer a newbie: I had to call in some serious art damage when a painting lift accidentally broke a piece off a 14th century sculpture. My morning uhhh..kinda flew after that. (I have no idea if the conservators can fix it or not; there were quite a few little pieces all over. *fret*)
At least I have some really good coconut soup leftovers for lunch to blast what's left of the viruses out of my body.
