Rough start...

...I got into work a little late...I'm *never* late. At least people were really kind about it, since I was so obviously embarrased. I'd misread my schedule (which changes often) and since I have a headcold still I'm not the brightest thing on two legs right now...

...And I'm officially no longer a newbie: I had to call in some serious art damage when a painting lift accidentally broke a piece off a 14th century sculpture. My morning uhhh..kinda flew after that. (I have no idea if the conservators can fix it or not; there were quite a few little pieces all over. *fret*)

At least I have some really good coconut soup leftovers for lunch to blast what's left of the viruses out of my body.

That sculpture from the 1300s is lucky it got hit before Friday May 13, otherwise there would be hell to pay. Unless hell is an insurance company; hmmm.... I hope it's covered!

Still beats the Walker. If I was an artist, there's no way I'd trust my work in *that* place. Damage is almost a certainty at the Walker.
