Stuff I did this weekend...

msfledermausWent to a lovley picnic, spoiled only my the *Massive* mosquito count this year. I was barbecuing, so I was the Main Dish that night.
*Scratch scratch*
Went to Art-a-Whirl.
Whistled a duet with a cute cockatiel in a shop.
Got really sore feet and a sunburn walking around all day. (didn't mind; I still don't.)
Bought tiles, homemade soap, and ribbon at various studios.
Ran into a couple of old coworkers in various studios and shops.
Did a bodacious amount of laundry.
Accidently got the cinnamon soap on my face. (Ayieeeee!!!)
Covered face with soothing stuff. (ahhhhhh...)
Watched too many cut-for-TV movies. (No A-Team this time, thank Crom.)
Scratched mosquito bites.
Smeared cream on mosquito bites.
Scratched mosquito bites and rubbed all the cream off. (Bad Maus!)
Dreamed of walking into a field of grass at twilight when I dropped off to sleep listening to the rain outside....
Ms Eff, wishing she was still in that dream...*Picks up paperwork and sighs.*

umm... from my small experimentations with essential oils ..I'm figuring cinnamon soap burns?
if so... ummm... whats the point of making/having soap you can't use to wash your body? specially tender bits *shudders*

Date: 2001-05-21 08:18 am (UTC)(yeah, it was an essential oil-burn, and I *Know* better. *Sheepish grin*) Anyway, the burn fades in a little while, but it's still Not a Good Idea to use on, uh, sensitive places.
(I bought the stuff for the Big Kitty, whose skin's tough enough to withstand it, and it's a favorite of his. I warned him about using it on sensitive bits, and then *I* am the one that accidentally rubs my face with it. D'ohhhhhhhhhh)
Ms Eff, whose face is clean...really really really clean. And cocoa-buttered at the moment:)
