So why does my subconscious keep whispering it wants cake? I mean, I'm full. Happy. No need for cake, really. It's too early anyway. Maybe I just like the idea of cake, and that's what's running around in my tiny skull.

Ignore me, I have no idea what's going on in my head. Maybe the cake thing is work related. There's some scary cupcakes in the vending machine, taunting me, even though I'm full of omelette. Pfeh. Gonna be that kind of day, methinks...

Nobody else is having this, are they? Cynnerth, willya check the Orbital Mind Control Laser for me? I think that may actually be the problem, it's on "Snackage" again, I bet...

I always want cake, so I curb my intake (somewhat) by forcing myself to bake it when I want it. It works most of the time. And I'm getting to be a pretty good baker! I don't need no stinking mixes, that's for sure.

I recently went to a potluck to which someone brought perfect white cupcakes. They were dense, but not too fudgy or too dry. You could actually see the little ground up vanilla bean pieces baked. Unbelievable.

I would love an omlette right now, but I've never made one, I must admit. At least, not on purpose! I'm sure I'd screw it up. Wonder what the best ever filling/addition for an omlette is?
