#14: If you're asking a question, please don't mumble it when you're walking by without making eye contact and then act offended when the person you're asking looks confused.
#15: Also, do not come up to an employee in a public place and abruptly say the name of what you're looking for. Smart-asses like myself will respond when you storm up and say;"Impressionists!" with something like, "The Impressionists were an artisitic movement in the late 19th and early 20th century famous for energetic brush strokes and famous mentally ill painters..." and will rattle on like this for the next 10 minutes. This will not help you find their location.
#16: If you wish to know how a certain frame for a picture was put together, in the name of humanity don't jiggle it around on the wall. This makes us very unhappy.
