Logging in a little later than usual...

...I spent the morning teaching the Captain on duty how to knit into the back loops. (It's a knitting quirk I have; it makes some shaping stuff a little weird but it also means I knit extremely quickly.)

it's also Knitting Night again tonight. I finally got on the ball and started reserving space for our little group at the coffee shop we go to. (I couldn't pass it up: the reservations were free and the staff knew us anyway:) So instead of having to corral chairs any way we could, I can show up to our little section on what a friend calls the Toledo Deck. (Is that how it goes? I forget--I haven't seen any "Love Boat" reruns for ages. I probably screwed it up...arrgh....)

Anyway, it's supposed to snow like crazy tonight and I'm so glad we'll be by all the cosy warm heating vents, gluggling cocoa and throwing yarn at each other:))))

Eep. That storm is supposed come here after it drops off and visits you. They were saying it was only going to be sleet? I dunno. I think snow's easier to deal with.

Sorry I can't be there tonight -- I need to work a film event tonight.
And um... I'm out the rest of the month, I'm going out east starting on Monday. :(

Will you make it Jan 3rd or the 10th? I start class on the 12th (assuming the company coughs up tuition money this week) and go Tues & Thurs nights until April. It's kinda sucky like that :P
