"C-c-c-cold......so.....c-c-c-cold...."

Poor little taxidermied guy...

I got a lot of necessary shopping done this weekend...oog. This is a high-impact holiday for sure:P
Nono, it'll be good, I think, really good. It feels nice that all of it's done, really. My cards will be a bit behind, unfortunately, but they should make it...eventually...*sigh*

And I finally, after many years, *finally* saw all of Breakfast at Tiffany's last night. I kept ending up seeing bits and pieces of it--usually the big party scene or something. I never got to see how it ended until last night. Awwwww....Just near the end I was hopping up and down yelling, "Dammit, woman! You left Cat out in the rain, you heartless wench!!! SAVE CAT!!!" And of course she ended up doing just that...that's so great. I love soppy endings like that:)

And I'm knitting...a baby hat, in pink. For a friend, who's paying me. Oog, it's gonna be really, really pink. I may throw in a free scarf just to use up all that...pinkness...

So there you are.

I haven't gotten around to reading the book. I'd hate to ruin the book by seeing the movie. We saw "Capote" last month. Incredible!

Was it good? I'm always a little nervous about movies based on real people.

It's definitely good enough to rent, but there are scary parts. It's scary how good Phillip Seymour Hoffman is as Truman
