...I'm at workies, and looks like the Big Eveint coming up is going to be a little hard to staff...I might end up having to work extra. This isn't a smiley thought right now...These days I just feel like I'm running headlong, trying to get through everything to find a piece of quiet and rest, then bracing for more running later. I know we all kind of feel like that lately, there's nothing special about it...but that unhappy part pipes up sometimes and says, "I don't wanna; why can't we do something good today?!?" Good question, self...

But at least today I'm inside when all that 90 degree craziness happens outside. Museums have to have good air conditioning, or all the paintings sag in their frames and the sculptures spontaneously combust. (Okay, I made up the last bit, but not the first:)

And on that note; it's time to put on my gaudy tie and run around. Stay cool, folks...
