A list of good things...

msfledermaus...I had a nice weekend of slackitude and reading and the occasional cat belly.
...I finished some cool new yarn with beads I worked in while spinning. I'd take a picture, but it's hanging up in my shower drying with hangers dangling off the bottom of the skein.
...My friend Liz offered to hook me up with a cow-irker of hers that's involved with a yarn shop up north who's interested in handspun yarn. I've been sorting out samples of work to send her.
...I had a good time playing with hair color yesterday. I've got reddish tints in my hair. I'll give it a week or two and then put in black stuff in front to make the red look that much cooler, I think.
...HR is sending me the disability paperwork for September. Things are going forward...okay, I still don't want any surgery, thank you very much, but I'm coping a little better.
...I came to work this morning and found a big grey t-shirt with the words, "Here's the deal: You don't burn me at the stake, and I don't turn you into a Wombat." hung on my locker.
Captain Emily is a goddess of Iron-ons!!! I now must knit her many many hats with silly ears on them....
