*quiet unease*

...I was walking to the bus stop this morning and saw a Fox news van with a camera and a reporter on one of the corners a couple of blocks from my apartment. That's never a good sign at 7 in the morning. I got to work and found out that apparently someone got hit and killed by a taxi:(

I promise to be reeeeeeeeally careful crossing the street these days.


Otherwise things are okay. I had a lovely dinner and an evening watching "The Young Ones" with friends. The spring rolls were exquisite. Mmmm...

Yes, ma'am...*crosses heart* I know really bad stuff can happen if your're not aware of your surroundings. I worry for all the people with Ipods in while they're walking sometimes:/

That's terrible. The way people drive in your city, I'm not surprised though.
I have a phobia about crosing streets.....

Citystreets drive me mad; it takes me forever to get across sometimes. But I try to be careful.

(Fun fact--I used to be a crossing guard in Middle School. Even at that age I was in a stupid uniform being helpful:D)
