I feel productive today...

I've been doing practical stuff online between bouts of ogling other people's handspun yarns. I think once I get connected at the new place it would be nice if I updated my website a touch with some good pictures of the yarns I've been spinning. Since I'll be next door to my webmaster, this should be a pretty easy process. (Especially if I start baking cheesecake again. I know most program-savvy folks will be lured by a good orange-ginger cheesecake being baked in near proximity. Hehhehhehhh...) In between bouts of cyber-goofing I'm still knitting with the sparkly black and peacock colored stuff with sparkles in it. *siiigh* Yeahhhh, pictures, I must take many many pictures, in between stuffing boxes and work and whatnot. If anybody's selling a cut-rate time machine, I'm definitely interested...but I suspect I'll just end up with three me's running around--One working, one spinning, and one trying to keep Edgar Allen Poe and the Venture Brothers out of my fridge. I can see it now: "No no, put down that tube of wasabi, it's not a toy--Oh. Well, I told you so, you have yourselves to blame now...that green light you're seeing should go away in a minute or so..."

And later today I go do my part for ze Union, sitting in a meeting...and then it's off to sign the last paperwork for the new Maushaus. I'm told by Ben the neighbor that I'm already on the residents list on the Nicollet Island website. Coooool...

Gotta motor, I think the Venture Brothers have found a really old jar of mayonnaise and I really should get that away from them...sheesh, you guys...

Congratulations on getting on the list (but it will feel more real wonce you sign on the bottom line)... I hope the fine print doesn't involve 13 years of indentured servitude...

I have a feeling there's a bit of chicken-sitting in my future. I know I'm babysitting my friends cats for a bit too:)
