msfledermausI got a chance this morning to fix things with the gas guys...all is well there. I still get to shake my fist at the tax guys though...I can't prove them wrong on the paperwork because my tax stuff for that year bit the dust when my apartment flooded. Bastids. At least I have a couple of months to get the money together, and this month is the last payment for my hospital bill. *sigh of relief* Now I just have my scar to tell me the weather changes and if Lord Voldemort's acting up...
And there are small good things lately too. On the way to work I saw a pirate flag stuck on the railroad tracks. I saw a baby bunny that could fit in a teacup. I watched a heron fly over my bus stop. Ben and Peaty's cats like me pretty well now that I've been their Food Giver for a bit. The rooster was my alarm clock this morning. My downstairs neighbor put another potted plant in the porch:)
So, it could be a lot worse.
