Lazy lazy lazy...

msfledermaus...I've had a couple of good days to be a nice, lazy thing. I went to a thrift store and bought a bio on Queen Elizabeth the First, which I've been devouring ever since. And tonight I'm cooking dinner for a few friends and maybe having a therapeutic walk with the Geese if Peaty's home. I'm trying to relish this as much as I can, since the next two weeks are going to be pretty busy...full of Union stuff and extra overtime and whatnot. Lazy is good right now...
*stretches out on couch*
I've been having strange dreams,though. Last night I dreamed I was pregnant and about to give birth to a skein of yarn. I've been having a couple of dreams along those lines lately, which is odd considering I can't get pregnant now or ever. Maybe it's hormones, or the beginning of some kind of big creative work for me working it's way out in metaphors. Probably both--if it was just some Jungian thing I wouldn't be craving cake for a week solid like I've been doing...
And I can feel fall coming soon, just this instinctive thing in my bones. This fall I'm going to go berserk, playing in the leaves, doing all the good fall things I couldn't do last year when I was laid up on the couch for a month. It's going to be precious and beautiful. I can hardly wait...
