Neroli--the oil of the bitter orange.
(Very good for the skin, lifts your spirits a bit like the smell of roses does. That was the major ingredient in my bath today, and I still smell faintly of it right now. (Snort snort) Mmmm, bath goop.

I don't understand why frivolous has a bad connotation to some people.

Some people tend to link frivolity with banality, and they're not the same thing at all. Banality is comprised of dull things like talking nonstop about the stock markets for hours, or programming, or anything concerning Kathie Lee Gifford. Frivolity consists of running around like a crazed maniac going, "Yipee, yipee!" Eating strawberries, having tea somewhere with friends and chatting about nothing in particular, having lots and lots of nonprocreative sex...you get the idea.
