Limericks, haiku and other poetic manglings...

I get teased a lot for my bad poetry...usually off-the-cuff, groping desparately in the dark for rhymes, scansion tossed right out the window. (Unless it's haiku, for some reason) I wrote a limirick that rhymed "spooky"(my new squeak toy) with "dooky" and now Freekee's very sorry...very very sorry...Muahahahaaaa....teach HIM to say my poetry stinks!! (Well it does, but he doesn't have to SAY it!!:) Oh, and for the record, I am still the reigning Queen of the Bad Analogy, challenged only by Jon Stewart of Comedy Central...(There are many contenders, but none can beat me at the Hopelessly Bad and fairly-Pointless analogy...None, I say!!! so there!!!

anyway, just felt like today was much kinder in general, still horrifyingly busy, but help came from unexpected quarters, (was this in my horoscope? I don't check!) and everything's okay. Off to do last-minute x-mas shopping in a moment..
